kpreidHaving referred in passing to "an experimental E implementation with working DeepFrozen auditing", Mark Miller asked a question and I admitted to the existence of the project, then said I'd release the code "soon".
Yay, motivation?
Done:
- Weak references.
Not done:
- Post-mortem finalization for weak references.
- A startup script equivalent to '
rune' for E-on-Java. - Parameterizing the now-hardcoded paths, so it'll run on other people's systems without excessive fiddling.
- Nontrivial IO interfaces.
Perhaps it'll be ready by Christmas.
