The people who have come to rely on features that are actually implementation errors are called ‘mistakeholders’.
(Occasionally a computer scientist will get nervous about writing a paper or working on a proposal having to do with garbage collection. In cases like this, the phrase storage reclamation tends to be used. It means the same thing.)
